Huuuge bagel sandwiches and delicious caramel coffee. This is the second time my husband and I vacationed with family in town and stopped by for some brunch. The portions are definitely generous!

Nice little spot to grab a light meal/snack and a coffee. Little loud, but we could still chat. Great sandwiches and muffins!

Casual atmosphere. Delicious food. The bagels taste like made from scratch perfection. The drinks are delicious and beautiful. We tried the oreo frappe and loved it. They have a huge menu of flavored redbulls that looked yummy.

I've gone here now a few times, drive thru usually because I'm passing through Muskegon each time. It's always been great service, friendly employees, & tasty fresh fast food, as in quickly made!. Definitely try this place if not for the spicey Brooklyn Bomber Bagel alone! Love the jalapeño Bagel flavored one as my Bagel of choice, but most are all great tasting & packed full of flavor! See ya guys again for sure. Thanks for the awesome food every time! Sincerely, one happy customer.

Gotdang this is great food. Probably one of the best places I have been too in recent memory. Staff was perky and friendly. They definitely do not skimp out on ingredients. Absolutely check this place out.

food is very good! more on the pricey side of places to eat but worth it. atmosphere is pretty and also clean. service is fast and staff is nice, got our food quick with great quality. i got the lincoln tunnel sandwich and it was amazing, the tuna had a different taste than i’ve had, has some tang! also got he strawberry smoothie. although the syrup taste but to much, i mixed it and love the flavor.

I’m from AL, and whenever my family is in town, we always make sure to stop by and grab Brooklyn Bagels for breakfast, and then some to bring back home. I’m not even a bagel fan, but these are, hands down, the best ones that you will ever put in your mouth!!! And the specialty cream cheese spreads?? Those are just the icing on the cake. Tried an iced chai frappe the last time I visited, and was blown away by that as well - so so yummy. Don’t pass this up if you’re ever near by. BB will continue to be a MI tradition for this Southern girl ☺️

Delicious French Toast Bagel w/cream cheese. Polite staff, quick service. However at 10am there wasn't a table for 4 to sit at for a short meeting and the noise level was a bit loud. So we got our orders to go. BUT what I want to say is how HONEST and accommodating they are! My order came to $10.13 I gave the young man $20.25 It wasn't until 3:30pm that afternoon I realized I had only received the coins back as change, not the Ten dollar bill. I went back to the store and explained the situation. She scrolled back through the orders on the register and apologized as she handed me the $10. THANK YOU Brooklyn's!

Excellent bagels and sandwiches. I got "The Ritz" with spicy three pepper bagel. It was quality in every way. The bagel was slightly chewy but not dense, flavorful and fresh.

The food is amazing. My go too spot for breakfast sandwiches. They are always killer. The service is great always helpful and friendly. The Atmosphere is chill and a great place to meet friends for Coffee and breakfast or even lunch . 10 out of 10 for me would highly recommend.
